Our registered mediators are here to assist you in reaching agreements which can keep you in control and out of court. You may even be able to resolve your dispute before anything is filed with a court!

 

Conflicts involving families are particularly painful for all parties involved. Fortunately, there are ways to reduce the conflict that can be associated with divorce, custody, and other family legal matters. In addition to mediation, Cease-Fire offers Guardian ad litem services, representing the best-interests of the children involved in family court cases. We also provide Parenting Coordination services, helping to resolve co-parenting conflicts and empowering parties to co-parent effectively. For situations in which supervised parenting time is required, we provide a safe and comfortable space and reliable supervisors to maximize parenting time.

 

Cease Fire Center recognizes that there is a substantial need for conflict reduction and dispute resolution services for individuals and families of all income levels. Because of this, we offer reduced fee based on a sliding scale for those who qualify.
